Mr. S. K. Khurana is a B.E. (Mechanical) F.I.E. Chartered Engineer. He has been a vital part of the Company since 1972. He has acquired considerable experience in company's line of business and particularly in its manufacturing process. As an active member of "Core Management Team" he has acquired deep knowledge in formulating and implementing policies in administration, sales & marketing & value engineering. With his rich experience in the domain of business, his presence on the Board was considered an advantage for the company. He has been the Managing Director of the Company since 1st October, 2006. The Board of Directors has re-designated him as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 1st July, 2012 to the remaining period of his tenure i.e 30th September, 2013 |

Mr. P. P. Shah (Independent Director) |

Mr. P. P. Shah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College, Bombay. He is a qualified Cost Accountant and ranked first in India in the Chartered Accountancy examination. Mr. Shah set up IndAsia, a corporate finance and private equity advisory business in April 1998. He also helped in establishing the INdocean Fund in 1994 in association with affiliates of Chase Capital Partners and Soros Fund Management. Before that, he has also served as the founder Managing Director of the Credit Rating Information Services of India Limited (CRISIL), India's first and largest credit rating agency. While at CRISIL, he was instrumental in technology transfer to and the training of personnel of Rating Agency Malaysia Berhad and The Israeli Securities Rating Company. He has been honoured in Israel with a garden of a hundred trees in his name. Mr. Shah assisted in beginning Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) in 1977. Before joining HDFC, he worked as a Project Officer at ICICI Ltd. & served as a consultant to USAID, the World Bank & the ADB. |

Mr. D. J Thakkar received B.Com and LLB degrees from Bombay University in 1957 and 1959, respectively. Mr. Thakkar has over forty years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and is a senior partner of M/s. Jayantilal Thakkar & Co. & M/s. Jayantilal Thakkar Associates, Mumbai. He specializes in the Foreign Exchange Management Act, and has advised overseas corporations and large Indian companies on investments, taxation and collaboration. He is a trustee of the HSBC Mutual Fund. He is on the various Committees of Companies as Chairman and/or Board Member. |

Mr. Chirayu R. Amin, aged 64 Years is Chairman and Managing Director of Alembic Limited, a century old Group in India, pioneer in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Industry. He is M.B.A from U.S.A. Mr. Chirayu Amin is the Former President of FICCI. The Alembic Group is also involved in the manufacture & supply of glassware and its brand “Yera” is the brand leader in the glass industry in India for over six decades. The Engineering Division of the Group, Shreno Limited, manufactures & supplies special purpose machines & equipments for critical process requirements in the Biotechnology & Food processing Industry, Chemicals & pharmaceuticals Industry, Glassware Manufacturing Industry, etc. Mr. Amin is Chairman of IPL, Vice President of Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) and President of Baroda Cricket Association (BCA). |

Mr. Aota is a Director nominated by Panasonic Corporation. He has been associated with Panasonic Corporation in various capacities since 1983. Presently he is in charge of dry battery business worldwide and is the Director - Dry Battery Business Unit, Energy Company of Panasonic Corporation. He is also the member of Panasonic Global Advisors Conference. | |
