Read the instructions on the device before installing batteries. Make sure the battery is not inserted with reverse polarity. Follow the symbols showing the correct way to position the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the batteries.
Remember to switch off the device after the use.
Proper storage of battery is necessary. Store the batteries properly by keeping them in a cool, dry place at normal room temperature. Do not store them in hot places.
Do not disassemble the battery. Battery may explode or leak if recharged, inserted improperly or disposes of in fire.
Do not carry loose batteries in a pocket or purse with metal objects like coins, paper clips, etc. This can short-circuit the battery.
Remove exhausted batteries from the device and dispose of properly. Dispose them at sites identified by Municipal corporation or State Pollution Control Board.
